Transparency is a core value at AIDEN TECH. Review our policies to understand how we handle your data, define our terms, and maintain your trust.
We collect information you provide directly to us, including name, email address, company name, and any other information you choose to provide when filling out forms, creating an account, or communicating with us. We also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and information about how you interact with our services.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; to process transactions and send related information; to send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages; to respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests; and to communicate with you about products, services, offers, and events offered by AIDEN TECH.
Your data is stored on secure servers located in SOC 2 Type II certified data centers. We implement industry-standard encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Data retention periods vary by type: account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days, transaction logs for 7 years per regulatory requirements, and analytics data is anonymized after 90 days.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website and services, subject to strict confidentiality agreements. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our policies, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AIDEN TECH and its users.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use our services to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to our services through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of AIDEN TECH and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Custom software developed for clients remains the intellectual property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
AIDEN TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AIDEN TECH during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. We will provide a 30-day data export window following termination of any paid service agreement.
